Arumugam Pillai Seethai Ammal College is a seat of
higher learning founded by Mr.N.T.S.Arumugam
Pillai A.M.N,a well known Philonthropist and business magnate
in Malaysia, in the year 1965 with a lofty ideal of providing higher
education to both Indians and Malaysians .The college is situated in a
sprawling campus of 83 acres and can be reached by road from
Tiruchirapalli and Madurai within a short duration of time.Thiru .N.T.S.Arumugam
Pillai’s dream of providing higher education to Malaysians in
particular has been ably fulfilled by his sons and grandsons.This is
evident from the fact that 50% members of Indian Graduates Association
of Malaysia are the students of Arumugam Pillai Seethai Ammal College
with a special mention that it includes Malays and Chinese students. The college is affiliated to Alagappa University, Karaikudi which is a constituent University of University Grants Commission , New Delhi. The college has successfully
placed its students in premier organizations in India and abroad.
